We will bill your insurance company, however we may require full payment up front. We only accept Medicare and some PPOs – We do not accept or bill Medi-Cal or HMOs. Payment is due at the time of service (copays, deductibles, and any out of pocket).

- Health Net (excludes Enhanced PPO)
- United Healthcare
Please call your insurance company or our office for additional questions about your insurance coverage. In order for our office to verify and check benefits, we will need copies of your insurance cards.
