Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) Kristin Geiger has held a variety of positions at Prostate Oncology Specialists including medical scribe and registered nurse since her start in 2016. In 2019, Geiger began her role as Prostate Oncology Specialist’s Nurse Practitioner.
She is an active Board Member of Sigma Theta Tau’s Philanthropy Committee where she works to increase community involvement, fundraises for student scholarships, and helps host the annual Evidence-Based Practice Nursing Forum. She is also a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and is certified in Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy administration.
Geiger completed her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics at University of California, Los Angeles. She then went on to graduate summa cum laude from the Accelerated-Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and finish with her Masters of Science in Nursing at California State University, Los Angeles.
