Should you consider AS with a Gleaso score of 3+4=7,low volume 8% tissue,72 year old.

I liked what you said about doing active surveillance to catch cancers that do grow. My brother-in-law just found out he has some small, cancer-like issues in his prostate, so he and his wife are discussing various ways of handling it. Thank you for the information about how his best bet is to detect it and catch it while it’s growing and not after it’s too dangerous for him.
